Do hereby stating full warranty for solar cables suppli ied quality guaranteefor 25 years from the date of delivery. Solar cables are TUV IEC62930/EN50618 Certificated.
1. Warranty Period:
We, Shanghai KuKa Special Cable Co., Ltd., an official manufacturer of Solar Cables with factories located at No.5878, Nanting Road, JinShan District, Shanghai, China, hereby declare a comprehensive warranty for solar cables. We guarantee the quality of the solar cables for a period of 25 years from the date of delivery.
2. Scope of Warranty:
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that affect the functionality or performance of the solar cables during normal and proper use.
3. Warranty Claims:
During the warranty period, any claims related to defects or issues covered under this warranty must be promptly reported, along with detailed supporting documentation.
4. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
l Improper installation, handling, storage, or maintenance of the solar cables.
l Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or natural disasters.
l Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
l Use of the solar cables for purposes other than their intended application.
5. Warranty Remedies:
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective solar cables or provide a refund for the purchase price.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated above and shall not exceed the purchase price of the solar cables.
7. No Consequential Damages:
